Whenever you see the photo the Magellan’s Cross, you think of Cebu City. Magellan’s Cross was erected by the Portuguese explorers when they arrived on April 21, 1521. It was named after their lead explorer, Ferdinand Magellan, or Fernando de Magallanes in Spanish.
This is the part two of the photos of South Reclamation Project road. On this coastal area will rise Cebu City’s future central business district. Malls, residential buildings and office skyscrapers.
Cebu Sourth Reclamation Project (SRP) is Tomas Osmena’s undertaking for Cebu’s economic development. I used to dislike Tomas’s guts. Now, i’m beginning to get mesmerized by his goodlooks. Hahaha. Bitaw, he is a good city manager.
