Cebu Regal Pension House
Cebu Regal Pension is arguably the cheapest priced pension house in Cebu City. The accomodation is not cheap at all, what i meant is the rooms are decent. It is clean and safe. It has a 24 hour guard at the entrance. It is built practically of concrete, no worries about fire.
At 350 pesos a day, you can have a modest non-aircon room. The air conditioned rooms start from 500 pesos and up.

if you’re looking for cheap ( in price ) but elegant, clean and safe place to spend..Cebu Regal Pension is the place to be..

I could no longer recall. Maybe just prepare 200 pesos. Better call the number above, and ask the lady at the desk of Regal Pension.
