    Bai, when kaha ni siya na project ma sugdan? Actually, my house in camella, im selling it kay medyo layoan ko and medyo dili pa kaayo taas ang market value diha sa camella but once ma-established na jud ning SRP, i guess, mukalit ug saka ning valuation sa camella homes sa talisay and even talisay itself.

        Hi, im joyce sales consultant of filinvest. Regarding on your concern sir the project itself for residential are seen already and some of the units were rfo’s already or ready for occupancy. It is good for investment today because the appreciation value of the unit is not that high yet but years come when all the high rise building will soon to rise then the unit value of our unit will be more expensive..

    citta di mare may have the possibility of pre-selling within the year.  the value of the property will increase once there is a development in a particular place..

    Another ambitious project of the incompetent local government, why can’t they start by cleaning Cebu and make it a safe place to live. This type of project requires basic foundation.

    SRP is just a reclamation, therefore buildings should not be as tall as ACT cybertower or Crown Regency tower. SRP has a soft soil foundation as you can see, even the highway already has a “ASPHALT BANDAGE” to cover the bumpy areas of the concrete road.
    I predicted that this project leads to a “bleeding edge” where investors suffers losses and an even FLI itself. What is a good Real Estate development if your place is just near the garbage dump area(Inayawan) of Cebu City. You are just making your clients smell the fragrance of the garbage. The elevation of the SRP is less than or equal to 5m therefore an increasing sea level can affect the dispersion of waste water plus the heavy rains that can create flood in the area.
    I know my comment is really against it, I just want investors to be safe in investing in real estate business as well as it’s clients to be in comfortable living.
    @Cebuano – you said it is another way of cleaning Cebu? You can’t clean Cebu by adding visitors and all their waste will be dumped in Cebu City’s premises. I know that your loyalty keeps you from pushing this project but what is a project if chances of success is not clear.

    You better invest in semiconductor industry like what you see in Taiwan like TSMC or in Singapore like Chartered Semiconductor now Global Foundries. These Successful cities relies on semiconductor industry that became a high demand products nowadays.
    CEBU only has Fairchild semiconductor and some maybe small enough to be heard. I did not even heard Philippines having a large semiconductor focusing on Computers, gadgets and others.
    TSMC is the largest semiconductor manufacturing in the world. Maybe you don’t hear it because you only think of Intel having the largest.
    Samsung is the 2nd largest and the 3rd is Global Foundries(partially owned by AMD).
    Having one semiconductor company can create more business. Like TSMC, other companies was created like ASUS, MSI, ECS, NVIDIA, ATI, Realtek and even Nintendo Wii is created at TSMC. IT park is not enough to be called Cebu’s Silicon Valley because there is no foundry yet established in that place.

    Will there be other condos that follow after these are built? Frankly these 2 BR models have a very poor floor plan, labi na 1 CR lang next to the kitchen and the 3 BR models are way overpriced. Is all residential area located behind commercial so there is really no beachfront living?

    i suggest for those people making any noice about this development, just simply shut your mouth. Basin wala lang mo maka afford ug money to purchase unit. Pasalamat ta na ingon ani ang nahitabo sa cebu, fast growing… And neither, you cannot compare singapore sa pinas lalo na cebu, for all you know, wala man resources ang singapore, so even just for a small calamity or civil war, down ang singapore. Wala gihapon nawala ang crab mentallity sa mga tao labi na mga pinoy noh. dapat nato appreciate na naa establishment nitubo imbes puro lang yuta. So for all those people who keeps on critizicing the growth of cebu, shut up and you dont know anything about progress… This is one way of making cebu city clean and green… fyi.
