The University of San Carlos is certainly the most prominent school in Cebu Philippines. I like what they have done with the exterior appearance, the color scheme is really good.

Only if VECO will get rid of the pesky-looking electrical lines streaming in the area then yes, i’d say the new paint looks good. Otherwise, la epek gihapon. It doesn’t really matter though. I miss USC a lot. Spent 6 wonderful years on this campus right here :)

  5. Cebuano Says:

I agree electrical lines are a bane in to the eyesight as well as to the safety of the pedestrians.

Electric cables should really be underground. Wish Cebu (or the phil for that matter) had good sewer, cable system.
