ElectricÂ cables should really be underground.Â Wish Cebu (or the phil for that matter) had good sewer, cable system.Â

I agree electrical lines are a bane in to the eyesight as well as to the safety of the pedestrians.

Only if VECO will get rid of the pesky-looking electrical lines streaming in the area then yes, i’d say the new paint looks good. Otherwise, la epek gihapon. It doesn’t really matter though. I miss USC a lot. Spent 6 wonderful years on this campus right here
