Bai, ask ko advise nimo. My hauz in camella man gud, im planning to sell it. BUt medyo nag alinlangan ko kay mura ug padulong naman gud ug pag-boom ang srp karon, labi na matukod ang sm, filinvest ug bigfoot. Musaka ug samot ang prices diha ug maapil ang amoa sa srp kay duol ra man. what do you think? i will wait lang usa siguro noh mga 5 to 7 years from now.
Wait lang sa right time, like completely or almost finished na ang SRP. Even if it takes 15 years. Most successful people are those who know how to wait. Millionaires are good at waiting.

Bai, thanks for the advice. Honestly, wala nako gidayon ug baligya ang akong hauz sa camella, in fact, naa na jud buyer but barato ra kaayo. I will just wait for the right time specially when SRP time will come. I guess, prices will be tripple…

the price of the property will appreciate when there developments in the area. One Oasis Mabolo, building 2 is already constructed and set for turn-over this October. FLI is now selling two other buildings, a five storey fronting bldg 2 and a 10 storey, bldg 3 facing fairways of cebu country club.
