Robinson’s Galleria Cebu is the second Robinson’s mall in Cebu developed by Robinsons Land Corporation owned by John Gokongwei, who originally hails from Cebu City.
Galleria officially opened on Dec. 10, 2015. It is located very close to Pier 4, it can be accessed along Sergio Osmeña Boulevard.
This my first time to visit this mall, more than a month after it opened.
The other target market for this mall is probably those who are traveling by ships in pier 4, the travellers can chill while waiting for the ship, and they can also buy pasalubong.
Below, after I arrived I immediately took out my camera and shot this view.
Robinsons Selections is a supermarket or grocery section of Robinsons, and below is the entrance to it.
This is the cashier counters of Selection supermarket.
My focus of this shot was the Fruit Bar, just adjacent to the Selections, but the two guys in the middle of this photo looks like they’re about to duke it out for some ultimate fighting.
The bakery counter. They have some nice bread here.
For sweet food and cake lovers, there’s Sans Rival Cakes and Pastries. This business is originally from Dumaguete City owned by Trinidad “Tita Trining” Teves-Sagarbarria.
The walking area is spacious for the users, and I like the way they dont have to arrange the elevator case.
Robinsons Appliances.
Chicken Deli is also a Bacolod original, the city known for its delicious chicken inasal (roasted chicken). This chicken company is also available for franchising.
Lingkod Pinoy Center is a Robinson Mall public service program is one stop hub for Filipino citizens and several government agencies such as GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, SSS, DFA, NBI, LTO, and Securities and Exchange Commission. For information click this.
The light fixtures in the cafeteria area look like they’re inspired from jellyfish. Architects and interior designers do get design inspiration usually from the natural surroundings where the structure is built.
Kusinang Pinoy at the cafeteria area. I don’t have much information about this company, but I searched looks like they it’s owned by a Filipino American? It has practically positive reviews at Yelp.
This is atrium area of the mall. The columns looks like it’s covered with moss.
Gong Cha is located in the ground floor of the mall, just close to the atrium. This is basically a tea shop, and also serve coffee, juice and other various drinks. Gong Cha means Royal Tea, and this was established in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 2006.
