Sto. Rosario Church

Sto. Rosario Church is a Roman Catholic Church established in 1933. It is located along P. Del Rosario St., Cebu City. It’s just nearby University of San Carlos Main Campus. These are their contact numbers: 255-5570 to 79. I’m not sure if this is the latest number.

I used to go and attend services here from 1990 up to 1995. Then from 1995 to present is Cebu Bethel Temple, a pentecostal Assemblies of God church.

Sto Rosario is a memorable place for me.

  5. susan,

you are married with a german citizen. and you asked the Church to bless your marriage. I’m afraid, you can’t anymore get married with another man again. Divorce is not recognized both by the Philippine Government and by the Church.

  9. Some notes to consider…
    – There is no divorce under the Philippine laws.
    – You can apply for annulment of your marriage in the Catholic Church. The process goes through thorough evaluation by the Marriage Tribunal of the Catholic Church. You can remarry only If the annulment is granted by the Catholic Church.
    – On mixed marriage (marriage of a Catholic with a non-Catholic partner). There are strict guidelines of the Catholic Church here,
for more info, questions and answers, pls check the Catholic Bishop Conference. You may contact them through their website here. Or consult any Catholic priest (a Filipino) for this matter.
